LEAD 130 - Foundations for Success in Health, Wellness and Physical Fitness
This course provides information and tools students need to take responsibility for physical and mental wellness. Students assess their personal health status and develop plans for improving nutrition/exercise habits and for controlling stress. This unit also helps students make responsible choices about substance use and to prevent substance abuse. In addition, students develop proficiency in providing basic first aid. (2 credits).
